+ How long will the total design process take?

Timelines are estimated based on the unique needs of each brand. However, typically branding projects have a 4-week turnaround time while website projects can take anywhere from 8 – 12 weeks. It will also depend on how prompt assets and copy are supplied, which would make a big difference to the overall timeframe.

+ Do I need to have my content and images ready before a project starts?

Website content (imagery and text) MUST be provided by the agreed upon start date. Failure to do so could result in rescheduling the project to a later date and/or a restart fee.

The best projects are well thought out and prepared before any designs are conceptualized; this will guarantee a clear direction, purpose, and mission throughout the whole process.

DELIVERY AND RETURNS

+ Packaging and posting

All prints up to 29.7 x 42 cm (A3) are shipped flat, bigger editions are shipped carefully rolled between two sheets of acid-free tissue paper inside a tube.

All prints which are shipped flat are carefully wrapped in acid-free tissue paper and cellophane with a backing card to minimize possibility of damage during transit.

Shipping prices are shown on checkout and vary according to print sizes. Delivery times are generally 3 to 5 working days to Europe, 7 working days to the UK, and 14 to 21 working days to the rest of the world.

+ Caring for you print

Gicleé prints are very delicate and may become damaged easily. All prints have a white border which you can safely handle, touching the printed area is not advisable. Both paper and ink used to produce your print are of archival quality but please note that when in touch with non archival quality materials (for example hands or non acid free mounting board), it may lose its color fastness.

To safely unpack your print, handle the paper as little as possible with extra care to not touch the printed area. If possible, wear cotton gloves when handling the paper. It is always best to handle the print by holding it on opposite corners to avoid kinking the paper.

It is not recommended to place the print where it gets direct sunlight, heat or humidity as this will shorten the lifespan of your print and may buckle the paper.

+ Return policy

In accordance to the EU Consumer Legislation, you can request a full refund on your order if you change your mind within 14 days of receiving your print(s). To request a refund please send an e-mail to hello@amirakusumadjaja.design, you will be given a reference number which needs to be clearly stated on the packaging. To receive a full refund all prints must be returned in their original condition. The refund includes the cost of standard delivery charges but not the cost of returning the prints.

Please note that custom prints (including framed prints) are not entitled for a refund unless faulty.

If you received your print and it has been damaged on transit please send a photograph of the damage to hello@amirakusumadjaja.design and a new print will be sent to you within five working days.
